How does the membership work?

Here are the basics about our monthly plan.

Our monthly membership provides unlimited access to all of DreamCloud’s cloud-based psychiatric services, including:

  • Follow-up appointments via video, phone, secure chat, or email

  • Direct communication with your provider for medication questions and adjustments

  • Ongoing medication management and care coordination

  • Support with pharmacy issues, prior authorizations, and lab orders

  • Emotional support animal (ESA) documentation (when clinically appropriate)

Memberships are managed through our billing partner Hint Health and are month-to-month—there are no long-term contracts, and you may cancel at any time with written or verbal notice. If you cancel mid-cycle, you may continue to use services until the end of your billing period.

Please note: Membership fees are non-refundable, as they grant ongoing access to care—not just individual appointments. Even if you don’t schedule visits every month, your membership ensures consistent availability, direct access to your provider, and built-in administrative support.

There are no fees to cancel, reschedule, or change appointments. However, patients with a delinquent account may become inactive after five (5) business days.

We accept all major credit cards and ACH direct debits for payment.
