Your monthly membership includes unlimited access to all of our cloud-based psychiatric medical services. Memberships are managed by our billing partner Hint Health and contracts are month-to-month.

You can terminate anytime with written or verbal notice. If you have any days left in your contract you can still receive services for the remaining days. Membership fees are non-refundable.

There are no fees to cancel, change, or reschedule an appointment. Patients with a delinquent account may become inactive after five (5) business days. All major credit cards and ACH debits are accepted.
