All DreamCloud memberships are month-to-month and managed by our billing partner, Hint Health. You can cancel your membership anytime—there’s no long-term commitment.

After cancellation, you’ll continue to receive services for any remaining days in your billing cycle. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable, as they cover bundled access to care rather than individual services.
For insurance patients, there is no monthly membership to cancel. However, if you wish to stop receiving services, we recommend reaching out by text, call, or email so our team can assist with formally ending your care and ensuring your account is closed appropriately.
Patients with delinquent accounts may be marked inactive after five (5) business days of non-payment.
