Payments are processed by a HIPAA-compliant third party billing partner Hint Health with Stripe, which uses bank-level security to store payment information. DreamCloud does not collect or store any payment information directly.

DreamCloud memberships are billed month-to-month, beginning the day you sign up, and then every 30 days after the day of your intake. For example, if you sign up on the 1st and have your intake on the 7th, your next payment date would be the 7th of the following month.
