Here's how to change your credit card or bank account on file.

Changing your payment method is easy and secure.

If you're a monthly membership patient, check your email for any past invoices from DreamCloud or Hint Health—you'll find a link to safely update your card or bank account on file. You can also call us at 877-990-0001 if you’d prefer to update your payment method by phone.

All payments are processed through Hint Health, a secure, HIPAA-compliant billing partner. DreamCloud does not store your credit card or banking information.

If you are an insurance patient through Headway, you can update your payment information directly in your Headway account portal. This will ensure your copays and any fees are processed correctly.
