If you are currently on a monthly plan and would like to switch to insurance, please schedule an initial appointment through Headway by going to dreamcloud.co/insurance.

You will receive instructions on how to create a Headway account, where you will upload your insurance information and pay any copays.

Be sure to let our staff know that you want to cancel your monthly plan so that you are not charged double. There are no refunds on membership fees.

Switching to insurance can save you money, but please be aware that your care will become less flexible than you are used to with a monthly plan. Insurance billing does not allow us to do follow-ups via phone, chat, or email, and if your medication requires monthly refills, you will need to be seen via telemedicine every month.

Also, Headway charges a missed appointment fee and DreamCloud does not.

Every patient's situation is different and we offer both ways to give you more options to receive care. We're delighted to have you join either way and look forward to working with you.
