If you have insurance, you may be eligible to use your benefits for your care at DreamCloud.
How Insurance Works with DreamCloud
DreamCloud partners with Headway to provide medication management services to insurance patients. Using insurance can lower your out-of-pocket costs, but there are some differences compared to our direct monthly plans.
✅ Pros of Using Insurance:
Lower monthly costs for visits.
Insurance coverage for medications, including brand-name drugs.
Insurance benefits for lab work and other recommended medical procedures.
⛔ Cons of Using Insurance:
Limited direct communication – You won’t be able to email or text your provider for medication changes; all changes require an appointment.
Many Patients Keep a Monthly Plan
While most of our patients have insurance, many choose to maintain a monthly plan for more flexibility in their care. This allows them to continue direct communication with their provider while still using their insurance to cover:
Prescription medications (especially brand-name drugs).
Lab work and medical procedures recommended by their provider.
Insurance & Emergency Coverage
Important: Monthly plans do not cover emergency medical situations. Keeping at least a high-deductible insurance plan as backup is highly recommended to ensure full coverage for unexpected healthcare needs. If you're unsure whether to use insurance or keep a monthly plan, speak with your provider to determine the best option for you.
