How do I put my membership on hold?

Here's how to take a break from DreamCloud.

We understand that patients come for many reasons: short-term, long-term, and transitional. If you need to take a break from treatment, all it takes is verbal or written notice to cancel your membership.

Patients who leave in good standing may return at any time in the future if they need. Membership fees are not refundable. If you cancel before the end of your monthly period, your membership will remain active and terminate and the end of your billing cycle.
