How do I put my membership on hold?

Here's how to take a break from DreamCloud.

We understand that patients seek care for many reasons—whether short-term, long-term, or transitional. If you need to take a break from treatment, you can pause your membership at any time with verbal or written notice.

To put your membership on hold, simply:

If you cancel before your monthly billing period ends, your membership will remain active until the end of your cycle, and then automatically terminate.

There are no penalties for pausing your membership, and patients who leave in good standing are welcome to return at any time. Please note that membership fees are non-refundable, even if services are not used during that period.
