DreamCloud is a direct primary care provider. This means we do not accept insurance.

Direct primary care (DPC) is an evidence-based healthcare delivery model where a "direct" relationship is established between patient and provider. By cutting out complicated insurance billing, DPC providers are able to spend more time with patients and less time on paperwork, allowing for more efficient, affordable care.

By not working with insurance companies DPC providers are also able to deliver care more quickly using modern methods of healthcare delivery, such as email, text messaging, live chat, and virtual visits (telemedicine). These platforms can greatly improve health but are often deemed "non-billable services" by insurances.

At DreamCloud, we believe using familiar technology, such as text messages and mobile apps, streamlines and enhances healthcare delivery, and patients can achieve healthier outcomes more quickly and cost-effectively.
