What if my provider is late or misses an appointment?

Here's what to do if we're not running on schedule.

Like many hospitals and medical offices, DreamCloud uses a triaging system to determine when cases are urgent and require extra attention. While we do our best to keep all visits on time, there are some instances when your provider may be late or may need to reschedule your appointment.

We will do our best to let you know as early as possible when there are changes to your scheduled appointment time. There is no fee or penalty for rescheduled or cancelled appointments.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with little notice depending on varying circumstances. Since DreamCloud is a small solo provider practice, there may not be another provider immediately available to prescribe medication.

One of our caring staff members, such as a medical assistant, will be available to help with any problems or concerns until you are able to be seen.
