What if I miss or cancel my appointment?

Here's our missed appointment policy.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. At DreamCloud, there are no fees to cancel, reschedule, or change your appointment—as long as you provide advance notice.

If you are an insurance patient, please note that our billing partner Headway charges a $50 missed appointment fee for cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or for no-shows.

If you can’t make your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you reschedule and avoid any unnecessary fees.
