Memberships are managed by our billing partner Hint Health and contracts are month-to-month. You can terminate anytime with written or verbal notice. If you have any days left in your contract you can still receive services for the remaining days. Membership fees are non-refundable. Patients with a delinquent account may become inactive after five (5) business days.
