Refills can be requested at any time through the DreamCloud app, by email, text, or phone. All prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
In many cases, a follow-up visit may not be required for routine medication refills. However, certain medications—especially controlled substances—do require monthly follow-ups by law or clinical guidelines.
Please note: Controlled medications can only be refilled during regular business hours. Refills will not be processed after hours, on weekends, or during holidays.
To avoid delays, we recommend requesting refills a few days before running out of your medication. If you're unsure whether a follow-up is needed, just reach out and we’ll be happy to clarify.
