I'm traveling out-of-state. Can you send my medications to a different pharmacy?

Here's what to expect if you are traveling.

Updated this week

Many of our patients live busy lives and travel frequently across the U.S. and internationally. We understand how important it is to maintain uninterrupted access to your medications while you're away.

Non-Controlled Medications:

We can send prescriptions for non-controlled medications to most pharmacies across the United States, even if you're temporarily out of state.

Controlled Medications:

Due to state regulations, controlled substances can only be sent to pharmacies located in Florida or New York. If you're prescribed a controlled medication and planning to travel, please contact your provider ahead of time to discuss options.

Planning Ahead

To avoid any disruption:

  • Let your provider know your travel dates in advance

  • For extended trips, we recommend:

    • Picking up a partial refill if you're running low before travel

    • Filling a full one-month supply right before your departure

We're happy to help you plan medication access around your travel—just send us a quick message with your travel details.
