How do phone visits work?

Learn what to do when you have a phone appointment.

Phone follow-ups are available for monthly plan patients only.

For phone appointments, your provider will try to call you first using the phone number on file. If you do not receive a call, you can try calling your provider directly at 786-999-8277, ext 2.

We do not leave voicemails containing personal or sensitive information due to privacy reasons. If you receive a voicemail, please call us back to receive more specific information.

If you need to update your phone number, please let our Support Team know.
