As of August 1, 2022, services are available to patients in Florida and New York.

A state or government ID showing proof of address with matching photo identity is required at the start of treatment.

*For seasonal and part-time residents, if you are currently living in Florida or New York, you are eligible for services.

*For NYC area patients, if you are physically in New York at the time of your visit you are eligible for services. Please note we do not send prescriptions to any other states.
