To make care accessible to more patients, DreamCloud offers multiple ways to become a patient.
We offer a monthly plan which includes unlimited visits, no fees, and increased options for care, such as phone visits, email and chat-based care, and 90-day follow ups for many patients.
We also offer insurance billing through our partner Headway. Insurance patients pay a copay, usually much less, for each visit. However, they cannot follow up via phone, email, or chat. There is a fee for missed appointments. Lastly, a telemedicine visit is required for each monthly refill.
Every patient's situation is different so it's up to you to decide which plan is best. The care you receive will be more flexible on a monthly plan than with insurance, but the quality of your care will be the same.
