Imminent Risk of Harm: If there is a serious and immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, we are legally required to take necessary steps to ensure safety.
Child or Elder Abuse: If we become aware of suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult, we are mandated by law to report it to the appropriate authorities.
Outside of these circumstances, your information remains strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA and professional ethical standards. If you have any questions about privacy and confidentiality, feel free to reach out to us.
